IndyGo Transit Center Facilities Renovation and Upgrade
In March 2018, Etica Group completed a Needs Assessment & Renovation Study for IndyGo that evaluated their 415,000 square foot primary maintenance and office facility. This Study serves as the guiding document for key renovations and upgrades required for their facilities. The projects were identified with separate tasks and priorities each with a unique schedule, scope and budget. Etica Group continues to manage all tasks from the preliminary design phase through construction administration for the Office and Operations Area, Wash Bay & Paint Booth Equipment Replacement, Overhead Security Screen Doors and Maintenance Area Renovation.
