Etica is also certified with the State of Indiana and City of Indianapolis as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE). CEO and majority owner, Jessica Nickloy is also an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Indianapolis Construction Roundtable, American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), and Purdue Supplier Diversity Council.
“Engaging in the diversity community has and always will be a priority for us. We are very excited about the direction that this will take us and the ability to engage with a new group of potential partners outside of the Central Indiana market,” added Jessica.
